What is Sleep Hygiene?
Sleep Hygiene is a range of practices and habits that help promote good night-time sleep quality. Following the principles of sleep hygiene can help beat painsomnia and make sure you’re well rested.
How does the appointment work?
e-Clinic’s are held via video chat platform of your choice. We can discuss everything you need to know about sleep hygiene. I can offer tips and help you problem solve any issues too.
The appointment is just as interactive as a regular hospital appointment but without the hassle of leaving home and travelling. We can both hear and see each other so you can answer questions when you think of them and I can make sure you understand each point before moving on to the next.
A standard appointment is just 30 minutes, after that time I will give you the option to continue or finish where we are. You will also be provided with a Sleep Hygiene tip sheet to keep.
How much does it cost?
Appointments are £20 for 30 minutes. I will always do my best to be as quick as possible without rushing things. I know money doesn’t grow on trees so payment plans are available on request.

Appointments are available to people worldwide excluding The USA and Canada.
