What is Pacing?
Pacing is an important management strategy for a range of long-term conditions. It involves breaking up big chunks of activity, taking regular breaks and planning ahead. It’s not always easy to learn.
How does the appointment work?
In a 30 minute consultation via video chat I’ll explain the theory behind pacing. I can offer tips and help you problem solve any issues too.
Along side generic advice for pacing we can discuss specific scenarios, are you struggling to pace at work or while crafting? Do you forget to take breaks while on the computer?
I can introduce a number of pacing styles and help you add them into your daily life.
A standard consultation is 30 minutes, after that time I will give you the option to continue or finish where we are.
How much does it cost?
Check the Price List for details. I will always do my best to be as quick as possible without rushing things. I know money doesn’t grow on trees so payment plans are available on request.

Appointments are available to people worldwide excluding The USA and Canada (sorry, nothing personal, it’s an insurance/certification issue). If you’re not from the UK please let me know which time zone you’re in when getting in touch to avoid confusion during the booking process.
