Personal Shopping for Daily Living Aids

What are Daily Living Aids?

Daily Living Aids are small pieces of equipment or gadgets designed to help with activities like cooking, dressing or bathing. There are loads of aids available to help so shopping for them can be overwhelming, why not let me help?

How does it work?

Personal shopping is a combination session. Step 1 is a 30 minute video chat appointment. We’ll discuss activities and tasks you’re struggling with and the possible solutions, your home/work environments, budget and preferences.

Step 2 is where I pull together a personalised list of recommendations. You’ll receive a list of products, why I’m recommending them, an approximate price and one online shop to source them from. (feel free to shop around for bargains once you have the product details though!).

How much does it cost?

£55. This covers the initial video-chat appointment and the recommendations report as well as email support with any questions or queries you have afterwards. When recommending aids and adaptations I will be mindful of your budget and I will always recommend the most cost-effective solution. There will be a £5 non-refundable deposit to pay before your appointment, the remainder can be paid afterwards and payment plans can be arranged on request.

How do I book?

Simply fill out the form below and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible. We’ll arrange a date and time that suits you. For those with busy schedules I can work evening and weekends at no additional cost. Appointments are available to people worldwide excluding The USA and Canada. If you’re not from the UK please let me know which time zone you’re in when getting in touch to avoid confusion during the booking process.
