What is Sleep Hygiene?
Sleep Hygiene is a range of practices and habits that help promote good night-time sleep quality. Following the principles of sleep hygiene can help beat painsomnia and make sure you’re well rested.
How does the appointment work?
Appointments are 30 minutes via a video chat platform of your choice. We can discuss everything you need to know about sleep hygiene. I can offer tips and help you problem solve any issues too.
The appointment is just as interactive as a regular hospital appointment but without the hassle of leaving home and travelling. You can ask questions when you think of them and I can make sure you understand each point before moving on to the next.
A standard appointment is 30 minutes, after that time I will give you the option to continue or finish where we are. You will also be provided with a Sleep Hygiene tip sheet to keep.
How much does it cost?
Check the Price List for details. I will always do my best to be as quick as possible without rushing things. I know money doesn’t grow on trees so payment plans are available on request. Payment is made via PayPal, card or direct bank transfer. Payment is due on the date of your appointment.
How do I book?

Appointments are available to people worldwide excluding The USA and Canada (sorry, nothing personal, it’s an insurance/certification issue). If you’re not from the UK please let me know which time zone you’re in when getting in touch to avoid confusion during the booking process.
