Slept in this morning, up at about 9:30 and was spoilt by mum who brought me breakfast in bed 🙂 I read on my kindle for a while before getting up and jumping in a hot bath for a long soak. I pampered myself and got ready for another weeks rehab starting tomorrow. After a relaxing bath I made a start packing and sorting my things ready for an early start tomorrow 🙂 I alternated packing with physio exercises.
Once Addz got home we relocated to the sofa and I got started with another one of my goals. Downloading and customising ‘WorkRave’ a little program that helps you pace your computer usage by reminding you to take micro breaks, proper breaks and by limiting the total amount of time you spend know your computer each day.
I got it all set up and I now get reminders every half an hour to fidget or change position. Every hour I’m prompted to take a 5 min break and I can have a maximum of 8 hours a day on my laptop. I did need a little bit of help from Addz tho… It wasn’t the easiest programme to install!
I also booked accommodation for my first 3 weeks at uni in January 😀 can’t wait to get back to my OT training.
I’m just catching up with the weekends blogging before I finish packing and finish another set of exercise.
